Meet OUR JURY
Travis Wood is the co-creator and producer of Planet Queer (an experimental LGBTQ cabaret) and the NSFW film fest. He's an accomplished performance artist and film-maker having graced clubs, alleys, street corners, theaters, and festivals throughout California. He’s starred in countless student films and web series, which you’ve probably never seen.
As a lifetime member of The Dream Circus Theatre, Travis has contributed to countless productions and experiences within the circus and electronica scene. He's also produced The Adonis Project and Get More Gay Performance Workshops with Ian MacKinnon.






Bridget McManus is a Sundance Institute Episodic Lab Fellow. Her writing credits include the children’s animated series Mermaze Mermaidz, Alice & Iza, the mockumentary McManusland and the award-winning original series Maybelle. Most recently, Bridget worked on Peacock's Apples Never Fall, starring Annette Bening and Sam Neill.
Bridget will be featured in the upcoming comedy The Queerdos and has had recurring roles on Transparent and The Queen Latifah Show. She also created and hosted two variety shows for LOGO TV: Brunch with Bridget and Bridget McManus Presents: That Time of the Month.
Bridget has toured internationally as a standup comedian and starred in four comedy specials: Laughing Matters: The Next Generation, One Night Stand Up, Bridget McManus: Live in Chicago and Bridget McManus: Live at The Tropicana in Las Vegas. She was a correspondent for the 8th International Gay Games in Cologne, Germany, and wrote and hosted Advertising Week’s Livestream.
She received her BFA from New York University's Tisch School of the Arts and is an alum of The Second City Conservatory Program in Los Angeles.
Steven Solomon has been a Production Executive, Producer, and Production Manager for almost three decades. He was Vice President of Production at RDF Media USA where he oversaw Boss Swap, Faking It, and Survival of the Richest, among many others. Producing credits include 1 vs. 100, Breaking the Magician's Code..., The CableACE Awards, Talking Dead, Who Wants to be a Superhero?, the documentary Vito, and many more.
His professional memberships include the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, Producers Guild of America, Film Independent, and the International Documentary Association. He is a former Board Member of GLAAD. A graduate of Emerson College, he has been living in West Hollywood for over three decades. Steven is an avid film buff who watches about 200 films and 100 film shorts every year. If you happen to find yourself at the same Oscar viewing party, you might not want to bet against him. He has an almost unbroken record of winning the Oscar pool.
